Participation Terms for Photowalks

 

By participating in a Photowalk, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

 

📌 Event Organization

We do our best to have organizers on-site to guide the Photowalk and enhance the participant experience. However, Photowalks remain spontaneous gatherings, and there may be instances where no organizer is present. Each participant is fully responsible for themselves and their equipment.

 

📌 No Liability

We are not responsible for any incidents, accidents, losses, thefts, material damage, or any other issues that may occur before, during, or after a Photowalk. You participate at your own risk.

 

📌 No RefundsIf

Certain special editions require fees (tickets, access to specific locations, etc.), no refunds will be issued for any reason.

 

📌 Right to Image & Privacy Respect

📸We strongly recommend that participants ask for permission before photographing individuals to respect their right to privacy.By attending, you also acknowledge that you may appear in photos taken by other participants and shared on social media or other platforms.

 

📌 Respect for Locations & Local Rules

🌍Participants must respect the locations visited, follow local regulations, and avoid any actions that may cause disturbances.

We encourage a responsible and respectful attitude towards passersby, businesses, and local authorities.

 

📌 Weather & Unexpected Conditions

🌦️Photowalks take place regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise stated.We cannot be held responsible for any last-minute program changes or spontaneous cancellations.

 

📌 Safety & Awareness

⚠️Each participant is responsible for their own safety and should remain cautious, especially in urban areas or potentially hazardous locations (traffic, obstacles, uneven terrain, etc.).

Keep an eye on your belongings: we are not responsible for theft or loss.

 

📌 Acceptance of Terms

By joining a Photowalk, whether registered or not, you automatically accept these conditions and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your experience during the event.
